Medical Molecular Sieve Oxygen Generators
PSA medical oxygen generators are Luoming’s core products. Using high quality molecular sieves and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, these on-site generators deliver stable operation, high automation, low energy consumption, and safe performance. Oxygen purity reaches up to 99.5%, meeting the needs of medical institutions at all levels.
PSA Oxygen Generators
Using clean compressed air and premium zeolite molecular sieves, PSA oxygen generators separate oxygen through cyclic pressurization and depressurization. The process takes advantage of nitrogen’s faster diffusion rate in molecular sieve micropores to achieve oxygen enrichment.
PSA Nitrogen Generators
PSA nitrogen generators use carbon molecular sieves to selectively adsorb oxygen from air. The nitrogen generators feature integrated electromechanical design, imported PLC control, fully automatic operation, unattended capability, and online display and adjustment of nitrogen flow, pressure, and purity.
Ammonia Decomposition Hydrogen Units
These ammonia decomposition units use liquid ammonia as feedstock. Under catalytic heating, ammonia decomposes into a gas mixture containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen, based on the reaction 2NH3 → 3H2 + N2. With PSA purification, hydrogen purity reaches up to 99.999%.
