Custom-Built PSA Oxygen Generator (for Plateau)

The plateau oxygen generation system is based on advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology and is designed for hypoxic, high-altitude complex environments and complex operating conditions. Ambient air at high altitude is used as the feed gas. After pretreatment to remove impurities and moisture, the air is treated to produce clean compressed air and introduced into an adsorption section packed with high-quality zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). Under plateau adsorption kinetics, nitrogen diffuses through the molecular sieve pores at a much faster rate than oxygen and is preferentially adsorbed, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form product gas.

Oxygen purity delivers a consistent purity of 93%±2% and reaches up to 99.5% through upgraded purification processes, meeting the requirements of plateau medical, residential, and other application scenarios. Two adsorption towers operate alternately under PLC-controlled valve switching. One tower performs adsorption and oxygen production, while the other is regenerated through depressurization and desorption, ensuring continuous oxygen supply. Reinforced protective design addresses plateau dust, large temperature variations, and harsh conditions. Optimized adsorbent regeneration efficiency and operating stability support reliable performance at high altitudes. Indoor spaces such as hotels, dormitories, and offices are supplied with oxygen-enriched air simulating low-altitude environments below 2400m, effectively alleviating altitude sickness.
