Luoming inline compressed air filters are available in C-grade, T-grade, and A-grade configurations. A three-stage filtration arrangement removes liquid water, oil, and solid particles from compressed air. After three-stage filtration, residual oil content is controlled below 0.01 ppm. Filter elements require periodic replacement according to operating conditions of the air separation equipment.

• C-grade Main Line Filter
  Installed downstream of the air compressor or upstream of the refrigerated air dryer. The C-grade filter removes solid particles larger than 3 microns and large volumes of liquid contaminants. Residual oil content is reduced to 5 ppm, supporting clean air supply for downstream equipment.
• T-grade Filter
  Also referred to as a pipeline filter and installed upstream of the A-grade filter. This filter removes liquid and solid particles down to 1 micron. Residual oil content is reduced to 0.5 ppm, providing enhanced filtration performance and higher compressed air quality.
• A-grade Filter
  Known as a high-efficiency oil removal filter and installed downstream of the refrigerated air dryer. This filter removes liquid and solid particles down to 0.01 microns. Residual oil content is reduced to 0.001 ppm, supporting applications requiring ultra-clean compressed air.
