Compared with conventional PSA nitrogen generators, the all-in-one cabinet PSA nitrogen generation system features a compact and portable design. The integrated cabinet structure occupies minimal floor space and eliminates the need for a dedicated equipment room. This plug-and-play configuration requires no installation or complex commissioning, significantly reducing site preparation time and assembly cost while enabling rapid deployment. Automatic intelligent control functions simplify operation and management, supporting efficient performance with minimal supervision.
The cabinet-enclosed design refers to its compact, integrated architecture, while the core nitrogen generation principle remains standard PSA principles. Compressed air first undergoes pretreatment to remove oil, moisture, and impurities. Clean air then enters the adsorption towers, where carbon molecular sieve preferentially adsorbs oxygen under pressure, allowing nitrogen to be enriched and collected. After adsorption saturation, pressure is released, and adsorbed impurities are desorbed to regenerate the molecular sieve. Multiple adsorption towers alternate between adsorption and regeneration, enabling continuous nitrogen production with purity ranging from 95% to 99.9995%.
